Partner Terms

The rules of the referral programme: what you earn, how sales are credited, when you're paid, and how to promote us honestly.

These terms cover the Shaadi Invitation referral programme at shaadiinvitation.com/earn. Please read them before you apply — they're short.

In short

  • ₹150 for every link bought with your link or code; the couple saves ₹50.
  • Confirmed 7 days after payment; paid by UPI by the 7th of the next month, from ₹500.
  • Label promotional posts, state the real price, and never claim features we don't have.
  • No fee, no contract, no exclusivity — leave any time, and confirmed earnings are still paid.

1.Who we are and who can join

The Shaadi Invitation referral programme (the "Programme") is run by Ajit Singh Rawat, an individual based in India, who runs shaadiinvitation.com. It is not a company. "We" and "us" mean that person; "you" means the partner.

Anyone 18 or over with an Indian mobile number and a UPI ID can apply. We approve applications by hand and may decline or end a partnership at our discretion — for example if we can't verify who you are, or if your content wouldn't sit well next to a wedding product. By applying you agree to these terms, our Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

2.What you earn

You earn ₹150 for every invitation link bought through your link or code — 30% of today's ₹499 price. The couple pays ₹50 less (₹449) when they use your code; your commission is not reduced by their discount.

If the price of a link changes, the commission for new sales may change with it. We'll tell you at least 30 days before, and sales already made keep their original commission.

3.How a sale is credited to you

A sale counts as yours when either of these is true at checkout:

  • the buyer typed your code, or
  • the buyer's device opened your link (shaadiinvitation.com/r/YOURCODE) in the previous 30 days and no other partner's code was typed.

The code always wins over a link. If a couple used neither but tells you they bought, send us the address of their invitation link on WhatsApp within 30 days of their payment and we will credit it by hand if it isn't already credited to someone else and hasn't been paid out.

Our records of clicks, codes and orders decide what is credited. Clicks from link previews and bots are not counted.

4.When a commission is confirmed

A commission is pending until 7 days after the couple's payment, and confirmed after that. A sale that is refunded earns nothing. If a refund happens after we've already paid you for that sale, we may deduct that commission from your next payout. Test or fraudulent orders, and orders we have to take down for breaking our Terms of Use, earn nothing.

5.Payouts

We pay confirmed commissions once a month, by the 7th, to the UPI ID on your dashboard, once your confirmed balance is at least ₹500. Smaller balances carry over to the next month. Each payout appears on your dashboard with its amount and reference.

Keep your UPI ID correct — a payout sent to the UPI ID you gave us counts as paid. To change it, message us from the WhatsApp number on your account. Payouts are in Indian rupees only.

6.Your dashboard link

Your dashboard is a private link. Anyone who has it can see your numbers (never the couples' details), so don't forward it. If it leaks, message us and we'll make you a new one; the old one stops working. We may also replace it ourselves if we think it has been shared.

7.How you may promote us

You may share your link and code anywhere you like — your profiles, stories, reels, WhatsApp, in person — and you may screen-record or screenshot any public part of the site. We ask you to:

  • label every promotional post as an advertisement or partnership (for example #ad, "Partnership", or Instagram's paid-partnership tag), as India's advertising guidelines (ASCI) and consumer protection rules require. A general line in your bio is not enough.
  • describe the product truthfully: designing and previewing is free; the link is ₹499 (₹449 with your code). Don't call it a free invitation. Don't claim features it doesn't have, such as RSVPs, photo uploads or custom music.
  • say that you earn a commission if anyone asks.

8.What's not allowed

You must not:

  • send spam, bulk unsolicited messages or paid ads on our brand name or domain
  • pass yourself off as Shaadi Invitation, or register domains, handles or pages that look like ours
  • post your code on coupon or deal sites, or buy through your own code purely to collect commission
  • pay or offer anything to buyers beyond the discount your code already gives
  • say or imply anything misleading about the product, its price or who runs it

If this happens we may pause or end your partnership and withhold commissions earned by breaking these rules.

9.Tax and your status

You take part as an independent person, not as our employee or agent. Commissions are your own income to declare; we currently pay the full amount without deducting tax at source and keep a record of every payout, which you can download from your dashboard. If the law later requires us to deduct tax or collect your PAN, we will tell you.

10.Changing or ending the Programme

You can leave at any time by messaging us. We can change these terms, the commission or the discount with 30 days' notice on this page and on your dashboard, and we can end the Programme or your partnership at any time.

Whatever happens, commissions already confirmed are paid at the next payout (the minimum balance is waived when the Programme or your partnership ends).

11.Liability and law

We provide the Programme as it is. Our total liability to you is limited to commissions confirmed and unpaid. These terms are governed by the laws of India; any dispute we can't resolve together is subject to the courts in New Delhi, India.
